We’re looking for volunteers who are passionate about wildlife and the marine environment to join our Living Seas Team at the Cardigan Bay Marine Wildlife Centre in New Quay. Engagement work and tasks include: 

• Land based marine mammal surveys 

• Boat based marine mammal surveys 

• Engaging with the public in our visitor centre/gift shop

• Entering and checking data 

• Assisting with engagement events such as rock pooling 

• Beach cleans

Volunteering with us is a fantastic opportunity for you to contribute towards marine conservation, develop skills, meet new people and experience Wales’ amazing marine life! 

We ask local volunteers to commit to a few hours (2+), weekly/fortnightly or more if available. We can be very flexible with days and can work around your schedule.
